Aurigin.ai wins 2nd place at the Swiss Innovation Challenge 2025
We’re proud to announce that Aurigin.ai has been awarded 2nd place at the 2025 Swiss Innovation Challenge, the largest innovation competition in Switzerland, out of more than 100 projects across three elimination rounds.
This recognition means a lot. Over the past eight months, the Swiss Innovation Challenge has brought together some of the most forward-thinking SMEs and startups in the country, supported by the Baselland Chamber of Commerce and FHNW. Being ranked second among such an exceptional group of innovators is both an honour and a responsibility.
AI-generated audio and deepfake impersonations are rapidly reshaping fraud and cybersecurity risks for banks, telcos, and public institutions. Being ranked among the top two swiss innovations validates the urgency of solving this problem and the impact that real-time deepfake detection can have in protecting organisations and citizens.
This award celebrates not only the product we’re building, real-time detection, voice liveness, and multi-layered authenticity scoring, but also the relentless work of our team, advisors, partners, and early customers who push us to raise the bar every day.
We’re excited for what comes next, including upcoming deployments in banking, national security, and critical infrastructure.
A huge thank you to everyone supporting us and to the Swiss Innovation Challenge for creating a platform that accelerates ambitious ideas.
